Whether you already have a clear idea what your next steps are, are exploring different paths, or are feeling stuck, by the end of this workshop, you will:
- Be able to identify your goals or how to work towards identifying them.
- Make your small steps SMART (Specific, Measurable, Actionable, Relevant, Timebound).
- Know how to break your end vision into small steps so you will be successful.
- Learn skills to identify what might stop you from being successful and implement ideas to stop this from occurring.
- Celebrate yourself each step of the way!
