Making Coaching Accessible to You

I believe that support should be available to those who need it, regardless of financial circumstances. That’s why I offer a sliding scale and a shorter session option — so you can choose what works best for your life and budget.

Sliding Scale: $60 – $125 per 45-minute session

This range is designed to honor different financial realities while sustaining my coaching practice. Use the guide below to help choose your rate:

$50–80
If you're facing financial hardship, managing debt, underemployed, or have limited access to wealth, this rate is here to support you.

$85–105
If you’re getting by with some comfort, but budgeting is important to you, this middle range might be the right fit.

$110–125
If you have financial stability and want to support broader access to coaching, paying at the top of the scale helps subsidize lower-cost sessions for others.

Shorter Sessions at a Reduced Rate

Sometimes a shorter check-in is all you need — or all you can afford right now. I also offer:

30-minute sessions on a sliding scale: $40–$85

This is a great option if:

  • You’re in a tighter financial spot

  • You want more frequent, shorter support

  • You’re managing ADHD and prefer more focused sessions

There’s no need to apply or justify your rate — I trust you to choose the amount that works best for your circumstances.

Note: Coaching is not covered by insurance. However, as a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), you may use HSA or FSA funds with a letter of recommendation from your healthcare provider.

Why I Use a Sliding Scale

Many of my clients are navigating life with ADHD, parenting, or major transitions — and I know how financial stress can make it harder to get the support you need. This model lets us work together in a way that feels accessible and respectful, without financial pressure.

If you have any questions about the sliding scale or want to talk through your decision, I’m happy to help — just reach out.
